The iconic SUV was discontinued in 2016, but interest in it is still so high that at first Land Rover Classic specialists assembled a special series of Defender Works V8 to order. Then they transferred the rights to the design of the off-road legend to the court engineering company «Bowler» to build the semi-racing CSP 575. And now - the next step of the retro horse: «Defender Works V8 Trophy».



A fresh special edition dedicated to the famous off-road marathon Camel Trophy. The Defender's exploits in the lost corners of the world are reminiscent of the characteristic black and yellow color, original nameplates, and 16-inch steel wheels. Inside, deep Recaro buckets wrapped in black Windsor leather with contrast stitching, a special Elliot Brown watch, a vintage-looking multimedia system with a navigator and a smartphone connection were installed.



In case the owner really wants off-road adventures, the Defender Works V8 Trophy was equipped with a winch, «toothy» tires, power underbody protection, a roll cage, an expeditionary rack and spotlights on the roof. Yes, and the power unit contributes to pokatushki with a twinkle: under the hood of the car - a mighty five-liter petrol V8 (405 hp and 515 Nm) paired with an eight-speed automatic ZF.



Although it is unlikely that the buyer will dare to outright violence against the car. Nevertheless, this is a very rare collector's item - the circulation of the Defender Works V8 Trophy was limited to 25 units: it will be possible to choose only the type of body - a short 90 or a five-door 110.
